The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms with a range of amenities, including a 50-inch flat screen TV, jacuzzi hydro tub, and private hammock and balcony. While it took me a couple of days to understand the restaurant setup, the rooms are huge and cozy, making for a comfortable stay.
The hotel offers a beautiful location for snorkeling with amazing views and exploration opportunities, but the room readiness was delayed and inconvenient while the dining experience had some service issues. Despite these, the service team was helpful and informative about park activities.
I was blown away by the spacious and well-designed rooms, offering a lot of comfort and luxury. The cleanliness was impeccable, and I even received delightful evening gifts. The service was fantastic in all areas, enhancing my stay in every aspect. The location is simply stunning, with beautiful pools, restaurants, and entertainment options to explore. The dining experience had some delays in serving drinks and could improve its quality. Overall, a wonderful stay with amazing facilities and exceptional service.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room, though comfortable, was not ready till after 5 pm, and there were discrepancies in the pricing listed on their site. However, once settled, the room was super cozy. The service had its ups and downs with some staff being less friendly, especially when I brought up an issue with wristbands, but overall, they were accommodating. The location was stunning with beautiful, well-maintained surroundings, great for exploring. The dining experience had its flaws with delays in drink service and cold food in the Mercado. Despite these issues, I enjoyed the beautiful views and experiences in the hotel area.
The hotel's location is amazing, offering a wide choice of pools, restaurants, and entertainment options. The rooms were absolutely perfect with great views, but not providing maps was a slight inconvenience. The service was top-notch, with staff like Betty, Aldo, Angel, and Hendricks going above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay.

Everywhere you looked, there was luxury, including a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. The good WiFi made it even better. However, the price could be a bit steep for some.
